Reflective questions

A student struggling to write an answer

An attempt to answer a question reflecting on what I've learned and developed during an assignment. No, it's actually just a rant tapped out whilst struggling to come up with an answer.

Going through yet another of these blasted questions makes me wonder if there's really any point to them. Perhaps we would all do better if we weren't tortured by them. During the period of this assignment the new Masters of the Universe film has come out in cinemas and bombed. Maybe that's a subtle hint that we don't all need to end our days declaring what we learned "in today's adventure" even if there isn't some annoying little wizard floating about in real life. Or perhaps my age is such that I'm one of the few who actually understands what the **** I'm on about. (Unfortunately the film is almost completely out of cinemas now so you'll have to wait for it to be streamed. Or try some of the old cartoons which can be found on YouTube.)

But none of this is getting my answer anywhere, though it does get the fingers flowing as I tap out a whole load of nonsense that I could never possibly submit. Still it's better than just sitting staring at a blank screen for ages, occasionally interrupted by turning over to see the latest news but I'm not going to put what particular story I'm following here because that will give the game away as to when this absolute load of ******** was written.

How has any of this developed me as an individual? Well it's given me another opportunity to be cynical and sarcastic. And I've just realised I don't actually need to adhere to or aim for the word count in this particular piece so I can just stop it right now. So there.

Obviously, this was written back during the summer so the Masters of the Universe film is long out of cinemas now and has been available on streaming for ages now. And it has done quite well on streaming so maybe it has more to say about reflective messages than I realised at the time I was tapping this out in desperation.
